This research line encompasses all work related to the development of additive manufacturing systems and technologies. Our efforts focus both on the technologies themselves and on adapting traditional verification and calibration techniques to this specific field. Furthermore, this line seeks to identify measurement and modeling techniques for components produced through these technologies. Due to the unique characteristics of the additive manufacturing process, Computed Tomography (CT) stands out as one of the most suitable measurement techniques for comprehensive analysis. Our group integrates multi-platform technologies to enhance reverse engineering capabilities and implement digital transformation across production facilities.
